Există sute de articole despre beneficiile extraordinare ale Glutationului. Unul dintre aceste articole despre glutationul lipozomal (forma cea mai eficientă) a apărut de curând în prestigioasa revistă Nature.
Extras: „Glutationul (GSH) este cel mai abundent antioxidant endogen și un regulator critic al stresului oxidativ.
Un studiu clinic pilot de o lună de administrare orală de GSH lipozomal în două doze (500 și 1000 mg de GSH pe zi) a fost efectuat la 12 subiecți.
Rezultate: Nivelurile de GSH au fost crescute după 1 săptămână, cu creșteri maxime de 40% în sângele integral, 25% în eritrocite, 28% în plasmă după 2 săptămâni. Creșterile GSH au fost însoțite de reduceri ale biomarkerilor de stres oxidativ (…) iar citotoxicitatea celulelor Natural Killer (anticancerigene) a crescut cu până la 400%, iar nivelul limfocitelor a crescut cu până la 60%, doar în 2 săptămâni! (6)
Concluzia acestui studiu susține eficacitatea administrării zilnice de GSH lipozomal pentru creșterea rezervelor de GSH în beneficiul funcției imunitare și al scăderii nivelurilor de stres oxidativ.
Pe lângă reciclarea radicalilor liberi, înainte ca aceștia să deterioreze țesuturile, glutationul îmbunătățește durata de viață și eficacitatea altor antioxidanți din organism, cum ar fi vitamina C solubilă în apă și vitamina E solubilă în grăsimi. Potrivit unui studiu publicat în 2014, „glutationul protejează celulele de oxidanți prin reciclarea vitaminelor C și E.” (1)
De asemenea, prezența vitaminei C și E ajută la creșterea nivelului de glutation din organism. În procesul său de reglare a stresului oxidativ, glutationul se leagă și de toxinele din xenobiotice, substanțe străine prezente în organism (metale grele, medicamente, pesticide, aditivi alimentari etc). Glutationul le transformă apoi în compuși solubili în apă, ușor eliminați prin bilă sau urină. Un studiu publicat în 2007 a arătat că „glutationul este o linie indispensabilă de apărare împotriva cadmiului” (2), un metal care se acumulează trecător în ficat și rinichi.
Eficace în afecțiunile Neuro-degenerative
Glutationul intervine în procesul de îmbătrânire și dezvoltarea anumitor afecțiuni neuronale precum Parkinson sau Alzheimer. Numeroase studii au legat nivelurile scăzute de glutation cu tulburările neurodegenerative. În 2009, rezultatele unui studiu au arătat că o deficiență în GSH „se manifestă în principal printr-o susceptibilitate crescută la stresul oxidativ, iar consecințele sunt agravarea afecțiunilor precum cancerul, boala Parkinson și boala Alzheimer. În plus, se consideră că dezechilibrele în nivelurile de GSH […] joacă un rol în procesul de îmbătrânire” (3).
Un al doilea studiu din 2012 a concluzionat că „creșterea glutationului rămâne o strategie terapeutică promițătoare pentru a încetini sau a preveni MCI (deficiență cognitivă ușoară) și boala Alzheimer”. (4)
Are efecte benefice asupra sistemului digestiv prin limitarea intoleranțelor alimentare, a inflamațiilor intestinale și a gastritei. Glutationul lipozomal ar proteja, de asemenea, împotriva complicațiilor legate de diabet (5).
Rol important în eliminarea oxidului de grafen vaccinal
Oxidul de grafen (GO) este utilizat în domeniul biomedical pentru administrarea de medicamente, fototerapie și biosensing, dar foarte probabil și în recentele vaccinuri ARNm.
Cercetătorii de La Quinta Columna afirmă că N-acetilcisteina și glutationul funcționează cu siguranță pentru a degrada grafenul, mai ales când sunt asociate și cu zinc (8). Zincul are o interacțiune cu glutationul și anume că, cu cât este mai mare concentrația de zinc în sânge, cu atât organismul produce mai mult glutation. .
Într-un alt studiu recent, s-a demonstrat că GO a cauzat leziuni la nivelul ochiului, iar GSH a fost capabil să atenueze aceste leziuni. Prin urmare, glutationul (GSH) are capacitatea să reducă citotoxicitatea indusă de oxidul de grafen (6).
PS: Detractorii Glutationului.
Persoanele care detractează Glutationul fac referire la:
– forma clasică oxidată, care este mult mai ieftin de produs și are efecte inverse. Cel liposomal este sub forma redox.
– glutationul din suplimentele alimentare clasice, care este într-adevăr degradat de sucurile gastrice ale stomacului. Doar forma L-Glutationu lipozomala (microcapsule fosfolipide protectoare) îi permite să treacă prin stomac fără piedici, să fie ușor absorbit de intestin și apoi să ajungă la nivel celular.
