Proporția de metale grele în apa de mare

Care este nivelul metale grele in apa de mare si care este toxicitatea lor?
Este o întrebare care necesita o abordare multipla. Sa luam ca exemplu arsenicul.

1) Exista o diferență biologica uriașă in asimilarea unui mineral organic fata de unul anorganic, si intre un mineral singular si unul in cuplajul lui natural in simbioza cu alte minerale sub forma ionica:
În apele de suprafață, arsenul anorganic este în principal sub formă de arsenaț.
In apele subterane arsenicul se găsește sub forma de arseniat (ATSDR, 2007).
In apa de mare si implicit in pești si moluște se găsește sub forma de arsenobetaina și arsenocholina, non-toxice in proporțiile sinergice naturale. (ATSDR, 2007).
2) Arsenicul există în mod normal în tiroidă, glanda mamară, oase, piele, păr. Acțiunea principală a arsenicului se exercită asupra proceselor de nutriție generală, diminuând arderile tisulare, favorizând asimilarea. Eliminarea arsenicului din alimentația animalelor a dus la afecțiuni ale aparatului reproducător și la limitarea creșterii acestora. 3) Un exemplu edificator este comparația dintre cel mai vechi produs farmaceutic din apa de mare: Plasma Quinton. si cantitățile de arsenic admise in apele minerale si cele potabile.
Apele minerale conțin in general 0.7mg/L arsenic (sub forma organic ionica) si se găsesc in Romania la Covasna şi la Șarul Dornei. Sunt indicate în stări de debilitate, mai ales la copii, la convalescenți, în anemii secundare, disfuncții tiroidiene cu metabolism ridicat şi psoriazis. Administrarea se face cu cantități mici, de 25 ml, de două ori pe zi, până la 250 ml/zi. La sfârșitul curei cantitatea se micșorează treptat. Un mic calcul!
Daca se admite terapeutic 250 ml din aceasta ape minerale cu o cantitate de arsenic la 0.7mg/L, rezulta ca se ingerează zilnic aproximativ 0.2mg arsenic. Ori 0.2mg/L înseamnă 200ppb/L fata de 25 ppb cat conține Plasma Quinton. Dar 1L de Plasma Quinton nu se bea într-o zi, ci într-o luna (ptr 3 fiole pe zi) deci este vorba de o ingestie de 25ppb pe zi, care împărțita la 30 = 0.8 ppb pe zi.

Rezulta ca la trei fiole de Plasma Quinton pe zi suntem:
– de 12 ori sub limita admisa la arsenicul anorganic
– de 250 de ori mai puțin decât doza admisa in apele minerale terapeutice

Ca sa revenim la apa de mare, trebuie înțeles ca un produs ca Plasma Quinton este extras din zonele de vortex oceanic, cu cea mai mare concentrație de minerale organice, bio disponibile datorita tranzitării lor prin circuitul fito-zooplancton. Este firesc deci sa conțină toate urmele mineralelor existente, însă sub o forma sinergica care le potențează efectele benefice și le elimina pe cele toxice.
Faptul ca este acreditat si de WADA international, cel mai strict laborator de analize ptr sportivii de performanta, spune totul despre acest produs de excepție.
